Malaysia-based business tycoon plans to buy Maxis for $4.6 billion.(MALAYSIA)

Ananda Krishnan, the second-richest man in Malaysia, has offered to pay $4.6 billion to purchase Maxis Communications, Malaysia's leading phone company.
